DURUDEM Online laser cutting center has an experince over 25 years on CNC Laser Cutting and CNC Bending. We provide bending process in mm in desired dimensions with our CNC Press Brake Metal Processing machines by cutting stainless, DKP, HRP, ST37, ST44, ST52 and other steel sheet plates with precision in our CNC Laser Cutting Machine.

CNC Laser Cutting

With the CNC laser cutting and CNC bending machines in our factory, the products coming out of the production line are processed precisely in separate stainless and black material welding areas.

Precise workmanship and detailed control mechanisms are indispensable for the inspection of all products we manufacture.

CNC Sheet Bending

We provide service with our UMS Comfort 270 tons of four-axis automatic crowning and CNC bending machine with 12 inch screen visibility. Our machine performs precision bending operations up to 4100 mm length with a bending capacity between 0.30 mm and 12 mm. We do not perform radius bends and special design processes, which can be done less in our field, with this machine.

Drawing and Design

In our computer systems, we use drawing and design programs such as Autocad, Solidworks and CAD-CAM, which are fully compatible with our CNC Laser Cutting and CNC bending machine. Customer product design is drawn by our expert team, and cutting and bending processes are followed.
