    Our production partners use only high quality raw materials. All raw materials are certified according to EN10204/3.1. If you need certification for a particular material, please include the request in the order notes.
  • Can I get a quote and place an order 24/7?
    You can request a price and get information via whatsapp and e-mail 24/7. The offer will reach you within 24 hours at the latest.
  • Can you cut a material that is not in your catalogue?
    As a company, we usually add materials according to customer demand. If you have a special request, please let us know by sending an email to info@conmach.com.
  • What should be the minimum order quantity?
    We do not have a minimum quantity limit.
  • Can I pick up the order myself?
    You can be informed about the developments by following the order process in our factory. ; If you want, we can prepare your orders for you and send them to the location you choose with DPD or DSV..
  • What are the maximum dimensions for sheet metal?
    Dimensions vary depending on cutting methods. Our laser cutting machines are in the dimensions of 1500X3000 and 2000X6000 mm.
  • What is the quality of the cut?
    Providing the highest possible quality is extremely important to us. All cuts are made in accordance with the ISO 9013 thermal cuts standard.
  • What material thicknesses do you have?
    0 to 50 mm ST37and ST52, 0 to 40 mm Hardox, 0 to 30mm Stainless steel and Aluminum cutting.
  • What is your lead time for sheet metal parts?
    Our standard lead time for prototype and short run laser cutting jobs is 5 working days, but there are options for lead times as fast as same day depending on job size, material availability and capacity. We'll cut him off as early as we can.
  • How is the price calculated?
    Price varies according to cutting times and material.
  • Can You Remove Burrs From My Parts?
    Definitely! Our lasers usually cut without burrs, but to smooth edges and eliminate burrs on thicker materials, we can deburr and round these edges if you request, and optionally put a 240-grit linear grain on your parts.
  • What should you consider when designing your drawings?
    Check your drawings for errors, do not forget to check that there are lines on them that need to be cut. Secure your work by cleaning the DXF of all unnecessary lines before uploading. You can send DWG-PDF formats via our site, you can get your price quote within a few hours by sending 3D models in DXF, STP, SLDPRT and IGES formats by e-mail.
  • What format should the files be in?
    You can upload your DWG drawings or 3D models as PDF. The platform does not currently support STP and SolidWorks Native File Formats (SLDPRT) and Autodesk Inventor (IPT). You can insert a drawing in PDF format with tolerances and any other information required for machining.
  • What are the delivery times?
    Specific delivery times are calculated individually for each order. It usually takes up to 7 working days for a four hour cutting job. If you need faster times, be sure to specify in the notes.
  • Material handling: Scratches and surface condition.
    Metal sheets such as carbon steel and stainless steel are of high quality, but there may be marks on the material for both suction cups needed to lift the plates and fingerprints due to use. Some materials, such as brass, stainless steel, and copper, have a plastic sheet on one side that can be removed after cutting. Be sure to let us know if you have any special requests.
  • Can You Ship Internationally?
    Yes, we have international shipments to different parts of the world, especially to European countries. The shipping fee belongs to the customer, and your non-tonnage parts are transported to you by air, and your heavy metal parts are transported to you by road and seaway.
  • Can I have bending in addition to laser cutting?
    Yes, we also provide bending services. Simply upload a 3D model with the affected part to get an instant quote. There is no need for drawing.
  • Is the price per piece lower for larger quantities?
    Yes, the larger the quantity, the lower the price per piece. As the order size increases in our system, there are discounts from our production partners.
